Do you cover single-family residential homes?
No. Cymple Warranty Solutions specializes exclusively in Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed-Use properties in NYC. We do not offer coverage for standard residential homeowners.
No. This is a service contract covering normal wear and tear (“breakdown”) of your external service lines. Insurance typically covers one-time “acts of God” breakages relating to events such as flood or fire.
All work is performed by Licensed Master Plumbers. We partner with top-tier vetted contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and code compliance.
We currently serve all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
Our trusted emergency dispatch can have Licensed Master Plumbers on-site within 12 hours for urgent situations.
Our coverage includes water main, sewer and fire line protection for commercial and mixed-use buildings. Importantly, there is no deductible for our product. There are, however, typical coverage exclusions for a service contract including pre-existing conditions and service lines that fail to meet NYC plumbing code.
